Second blog of the year and a few months to cover after finishing playing the 150th Open championship and a couple of weeks off before the 3rd LIV GOLF invitational.

RBC Heritage

One of my favoured stops on tour, this course makes you shape your shots and after 3 rd.’s I was in prime position. Opened up the last rd. with a birdie, hit a great tee shot on the par 5 2nd hole & than blocked my 3w, made par but that kind of set the tone for the day & I just did not feel my swing, a score of 73 had me tumbling down the leader board to finish T42, nothing more to say.

Zurich Classic

What a fun week with @shanelowrygolf , we had the matching outfits going and played some good golf to finish 13th.

AT&T Bryon Nelson

An uneventful week finishing T59

F1 Miami

So good to see @F1 in the USA & more so in Miami, had an amazing couple of days taking Josh with me.

US PGA

Southern Hills is a classic course and they set up a stern test. The first rd. I just short sided myself too many times resulting in a 76, a good 2nd rd. of 69 felt better but not enough & packed my bags to home.

Happy 18th birthday to Luke, really excited for him starting college this year & progressing with his golf game.

Charles Schwab Challenge

A steady week but no fireworks with rd.’s of 70,69,71,72 & a T40

Time to pack the bags and take the family to the UK for the summer holidays, nothing better than spending time with relatives & friends.

275 Tuscany Tour

This was something incredibly special, the amount of work @tomhartleyjunior put in to make this happen I cannot even begin to describe, I thought our previous @ferrari trip a few years was amazing however this topped it by a long way. To get 14 275’s together is some achievement.

LIV Golf London Invitational

The event was an enormous success, so happy to see so many people attending over the 3 days. Yes, it is different with a shot gun start & just 54 holes that created an interesting atmosphere & add the number of activities for the fans off the course & the concept will develop to improve & bring a different fan experience to watching golf.

I played somewhat ok considering the off-course attention which I fully expected & a finish of 20th & our @majesticksgc 3rd in the team event closed out an enjoyable week.

LIV Golf Portland Invitational

2nd Liv event and the first in the USA which was very well received. My game was not there alone with the rest of @majesticksgc team, so we move on to Bedminster at the end of July.

JP Mc Manus Pro-am

What an amazing event, the support to charity and the generosity from @jpmcmanusproam is simply incredible. @theadaremanor will be a worthy host for the 2027 Ryder Cup.

Scottish Open

Not much to say, played just awful & missed the cut.

150th Open Championship

This was a special week and most likely the last time I will play St Andrews after starting in 2000 & playing five times through to this year. Opened with a 69 & stood T24 going into the last rd. A last rd. 74 sent me tumbling down the leader board to finish T62, not how I was looking to end my week.

I am pleased to share I have teamed up with two new sponsors.

@okx_official ,the leaders in crypto built on top of the world’s most powerful exchange. I will embrace the opportunity provided by web3, such as launching unique NFT’s and collaborating on plans for new golfing experiences within the metaverse.

@recastappuk , live & on demand sports & entertainment subscription free platform where we are building my own channel giving access to my life on tour and at home.

I am enjoying the English summer with the family before heading back to Orlando for Luke to start university & the kids going back to school.

Until the next time
